MeetMe for Outlook

Schedule CallEssential MeetMe video meetings straight from your Outlook calendar.

What it does

When you create an appointment in Outlook, click Add MeetMe meeting. The add-in reserves a meeting room and inserts the join link, dial-in number and PIN into the invitation. Attendees simply accept the invite and click the link, or call the number and enter the PIN. Rescheduling the appointment keeps the same link and PIN.

Works in new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web and the Outlook mobile apps. Classic Outlook for Windows shows the buttons on the appointment ribbon.

Install for everyone (Microsoft 365 admin)

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin centre → Settings → Integrated apps.
  2. Choose Upload custom apps → App type Office Add-in → Provide link to manifest file.
  3. Paste https://meetme.callessential.cc/outlook/manifest.xml and validate.
  4. Pick the users or groups who should get it, then Deploy. It appears in Outlook within a few hours (often minutes).
Download manifest Open admin centre

Install just for yourself

  1. In Outlook open a new appointment, choose Get Add-ins (or Apps → Add apps), then My add-ins.
  2. Under Custom Addins choose Add a custom add-in → Add from URL.
  3. Paste https://meetme.callessential.cc/outlook/manifest.xml and confirm.

The mobile toggle requires the admin-centre deployment above; personal installs show the ribbon buttons only.
